Applicable to all products that do not include fresh flower purchase. Fulfilled by DPD or local courier alternative.
Collect from the store:
Customer can order online and will receive an email/text to inform them that the order is ready. Orders will be ready 1hr after ordering, within opening times.
3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be placed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be dispatched Monday.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be placed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be dispatched Monday.
Delivered by Seasons Florist. Homeware and Giftware can also be fulfilled locally if fresh flowers are purchased on the same order. Prices below apply to postcodes within a 10 mile radius of M24 1JT. Postcodes outside of the 10 miles incur a 50p per mile charge. Maximum of 30 miles.
Same Day/Next Day Delivery
Applies to Seasons Choice only. Delivery can be any time between 9am-8pm. Must order before 1pm for same day delivery.
Applies to all products in stock on the website. Must order 48hrs in advance of desired delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
We recommend contacting us within 1 working day of the delivery or intended delivery of your purchase to report any complaints regarding the quality of the product received.
To assist in investigating your complaint and ensuring a prompt resolution, we kindly ask you to send a digital image of the product to our email.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome of the investigation will be communicated to you in writing or via telephone.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your preference.
Please note that refunds will not be provided as a matter of course. Our policy is to conduct a thorough investigation before determining the appropriate resolution.
Fresh goods that perish after 3 days following delivery are not eligible for refunds. However, it's important to note that the majority of our flowers have a longer shelf life, and the actual lifespan may vary depending on the flower variety. The recipient is responsible for ensuring proper care to maximize longevity. Please refer to the care card provided with the flower gift for instructions.
Any applicable restocking fees or charges associated with processing refunds will be communicated to you during the refund process.
The duration of the refund process is dependent on your original payment method used – you will be informed of the duration upon confirmation that a refund has been accepted.
Please note that fresh products are non-returnable, and can only be refunded should their be a quality issue as per the refund policy above.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team 14 days of receiving the product to obtain a return authorization.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We recommend you purchase tracking and insurance with any return. In the event the return is lost or damaged, Seasons Florist will not be held liable for the cost and the return may be disqualified.
Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable – you will be informed of this prior to purchasing any product that is exempt from this policy.
